Most cancer were moderately positive in the cytoplasm. Cases of melanomas and gliomas displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Lymphomas and prostate cancers generally showed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative.
Several cases of gliomas, malignant melanomas and colorectal cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of most other cancer tissues showed weak cytoplasmic staining.
