Staining summary
HPA021335 Normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Neurons, the adrenal gland and trophoblastic cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Cells in the CNS showed additional strong nuclear staining. Bile duct cells, kidney, prostate and lymphoid reaction center cells weakly stained or negative.
HPA021830 Normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Renal tubules, Leydig cells, Purkinje cells and intestinal goblet cells displayed strong immunoreactivity.
