Staining summary
HPA035575 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Respiratory epithelia, lung macrophages, intestinal tract, peripheral nerves and testis displayed strong positivity. Purkinje cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Pneumocytes, liver, cells in glomeruli, spleen, soft tissues and glial cells were negative.
HPA035576 Most normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining frequently combined with nuclear positivity. Renal tubules showed strong immunoreactivity. Alveolar cells, bile ducts, parathyroid gland and spleen were negative.
