Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity combined with a few cases of nuclear staining. Strong staining was observed in goblet cells of the gastrointestinal tract, trophoblastic cells and seminiferous duct. Liver, squamous epithelia and myocytes were generally negative.
