Cancer tissues showed moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A majority of testicular cancers and several cases of gliomas showed strong nuclear staining. Most renal, lung and liver cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer cells displayed moderate positivity. Ovarian, thyroid, lung, liver, pancreatic and glioma showed several cases with strong staining. Prostate and testicular cancers were negative.
