Most adenocarcinonmas exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity, while malignant lymphomas, malignant melanomas, lung, skin, testis and urothelial cancers were negative.
Malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Strong immunoreactivity was for example observed in female genital tract, gastric, skin and pancreatic cancers. Testicular cancers, malignant gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas were weakly stained or negative in most cases.
