Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic staining was found in trophoblasts of placenta, exocrine glandular cells, lymphoid cells and in a few glandular epithelia of the gastrointestinal tract. Most other normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nucleolar staining was observed in squamous epithelia, testis and neuronal cells. Liver and muscle tissues were negative.
