Several cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, renal cancers along with occasional cases of pancreatic and ovarian cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Fraction of cancer cells in a case of lung adenocarcinoma displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. A few gliomas along with a rare case of renal cancer and follicular adenocarcinoma of thyroid showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Remaining cancer cells were negative.
