Non-keratinized squamous epithelia were moderately stained. Mucus producing cells in the gastrointestinal tract, airways and cervix showed distinct cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate to strong staining was observed in non-keratinized squamous epithelia and selected cell types in male and female genitalia. Distinct cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in bile ducts of liver and urinary bladder. Remaining cells were mainly negative.
