Staining summary
Mucus secreting acini in salivary gland and goblet cells in the intestinal tract along with subset of cells in red pulp of spleen, non-germinal center cells in lymphoid tissue and bone marrow showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Hepatocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Spermatozoa in testis exhibited moderate nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
