Most normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining in some cases combined with nuclear positivity. Breast, small intestine, renal tubules, hepatocytes and prostate were strongly stained. Squamous epithelia, bile ducts, renal glomeruli, lymphoid tissue and most cells in the CNS were negative.

Strong immunoreactivity was observed in gastric glands and astrocytes. Normal cells in general displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining which in some cells was combined with nuclear positivity. Lymphoid tissue and a majority of cells in female genitalia were negative.
