Staining summary
Islet of Langerhans, basal layer in squamous epithelium along with a few glands in stomach and rectum showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Trophoblasts exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Respiratory epithelia, adrenal gland, testis and muscle cells showed weak to moderate staining. Other normal tissues were negative.
