Several cases of melanomas, lymphomas, testicular, urothelial, colorectal and breast cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained while several skin cancers were negative.

PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and accelerate the folding of proteins.
