Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in colorectal ovarian, stomach and pancreatic cancers. Several colorectal and occasional pancreatic cancers wee strongly stained. Many gliomas, lymphomas, carcinoids and renal cancers were negative.
Several cases of liver cancer showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of stomach, pancreatic and lung cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
