Staining summary
Smooth muscle, myoepithelial as well as a small fraction of cells in lymphoid tissues and bone marrow showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate positivity was observed in heart muscle, gastric parietal cells, renal tubules and leydig cells. Normal tissues in general were weakly stained or negative.
