Most cancer cells showed moderate nuclear staining. Additional cytoplasmic positivity was shown in a few cases. A few cases of breast and urothelial cancers among others showed strong positivity. Renal and endometrial cancers were negative in a majority of cases.
Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. A majority of gliomas, basal cell carcinomas in skin, breast and prostate cancers showed strong nuclear staining.
