Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in a few cases of colorectal, pancreatic, ovarian and urothelial cancers. Occasional cases of colorectal, ovarian, cervical, urothelial and pancreatic cancers were strongly positive. Most cases of malignant gliomas, endometrial and renal cancers were negative.
