Hematopoietic cells, renal tubules and lung macrophages showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Gall bladder, hepatocytes, respiratory epithelium of nasopharynx, Leydig cells and squamous epithelium of tonsil displayed moderate positivity. Extracellular material were distinctly stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Purkinje cells and respiratory epithelium of bronchus showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, islets of Langerhans and parathyroid gland were weakly stained or negative.
