Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few cases. Duodenum exhibited strong nuclear, cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Liver, breast, smooth muscle and cells in the CNS were weakly stained or negative.
