Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity which often had a granular pattern. Respiratory epithelial cells, gall bladder, distal renal tubules, exocrine pancreas and breast were strongly stained. Pancreatic islets, placental trophoblasts, spleen, myocytes and most lymphoid cells were negative.
