Staining summary
CAB001960 Distinct immunoreactivity was observed in heart muscle, in sarcolemma of striated muscle and in placental cytotrophoblastic cells. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
CAB016353 A majority of normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Distinct cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in exocrine pancreas, skeletal muscle, heart muscle and trophoblastic cells. A few tissues displayed weak to moderate basement membrane positivity. Cells of the CNS and lymphoid tissues were generally negative.
