Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and in many cases additional nucleolar positivity. Most lung cancers and several cases of malignant lymphomas, skin, urothelial and pancreatic cancers were negative.
Most malignant cells exhibited moderate granular cytoplasmic and in most cases additional nuclear positivity. Rare cases of ovarian, cervical, lung cancers, malignant melanoma and carcinoid showed strong positivity. The majority of renal cancer, malignant lymphoma and glioma were weakly stained or negative.
