Subset of cells in adrenal glands showed strong nuclear positivity. Prostate glands displayed strong cytoplasmic, membranous and nuclear staining. Neuronal cells in cerebral cortex, subset of lymphoid cells, renal tubules, heart, stomach, rectum and testis exhibited moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Other normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Strong nuclear staining was observed in decidual cells, breast, most cells in CNS and male genitalia. Hepatocytes and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained.
