Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in colon, gallbladder, urothelial cells and placenta. Subsets of cells in the gastric mucosa displayed nuclear membranous staining. Immune cells showed weak staining while glial cells generally were negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. A few neuronal cells in cerebral cortex displayed strong immunoreactivity. Liver, alveolar cells in lung and skeletal muscle cells were in general negative.
