Staining summary
HPA046141 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Alveolar macrophages, hepatocytes and small intestine were strongly stained. Strong nuclear staining was observed in cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Squamous epithelial cells, glandular cells of breast, glial cells, spleen, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.
HPA050600 Heart and skeletal muscle showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
