Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Strong nuclear staining was observed in bone marrow poietic cells, trophoblasts and gallbladder. Esophagus, stomach and leydig cells showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Glial cells in CNS and spleen were negative or weakly stained.
