Cancer tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Prostate cancers along with a few cases of melanomas, breast, ovarian and liver cancers showed strong positivity. Gliomas and several cases of lymphomas, cervical, urothelial and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Head & neck cancers along with several cases of thyroid, colorectal, renal, liver, breast, ovarian and stomach cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear/membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or mostly negative.
