Most normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in salivary ductal cells, subsets of pancreatic cells, distal renal tubuli and parts of the intestine. The liver, pancreatic islet cells, myocytes, cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
