Staining summary
HPA044642 Strong nuclear staining was observed in subset of cells in seminiferous ducts. Fraction of cells in intestinal tract showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Renal glomeruli and smooth muscle showed moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
HPA044996 Cells in seminiferus ducts showed strong nuclear positivity. Leydig cells exhibited nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few cells in renal tubules and adrenal gland displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Weak cytoplasmic staining was observed in small intestine. Fraction of hepatocytes showed moderate nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissue were negative.
HPA049357 Cells in seminiferous ducts showed strong nuclear positivity. Subset of cells in epididymis, oral mucosa, gall bladder and renal tubules exhibited weak nuclear staining. Other normal tissues were negative.
