Malignant cells generally showed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative. Several cases of colorectal, ovarian, skin and head & neck cancers were moderately positive.
Most hepatocellular carcinomas and a few cases of ovarian, gastric, renal and colorectal cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were generally negative.
