The majority of cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of melanomas, breast and prostate cancers showed strong staining. Most cases of lung, skin, testicular, urothelial, renal and gastric cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Additional membranous and/or nucleolar positivity was observed in a few tissues. Most cases of gliomas, lymphomas, stomach and pancreatic cancers were mainly negative.
