Moderate to strong nuclear positivity was observed in gliomas, lymphomas, ovarian cancer and several cases of colorectal, breast, prostate, cervical and renal cancers. Additional cytoplasmic staining was observed in a few cases. Remaining cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
The majority of cancers showed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in several cases of gliomas, lymphomas and ovarian cancer. Most cases of squamous cell carcinomas, endometrial, testicular and liver cancers were negative.
