Strong membranous positivity was displayed in placental trophoblasts while smooth muscle and myoepithelial cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Ganglion cells in colon and skeletal muscle showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Respiratory epithelia, gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, renal tubules, exocrine pancreas, urothelial cells, seminiferus duct cells, skeletal muscle and subset of lymphoid non-germinal center cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
