Most of the Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Many hepatocellular carcinomas along with occasional prostate cancers were strongly stained. lymphomas were in general negative.
A majority of gliomas along with several cases of lymphomas, melanomas, thyroid, lung, breast, urothelial and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Remaining tumors were weakly stained or negative.
