Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in squamous, transitional and respiratory epithelia. Stomach, exocrine pancreas and paneth cells in the intestine showed strong staining. Alveolar cells, bile ducts and lymphoid tissues were negative.
