Among cancer tissues, most cases of melanomas and basal cell carcinomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity while few gliomas, lymphomas and seminomas revealed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Rest of the cancer tissues were mostly negative. Vessels in tumor stroma were distinctly stained.
