Staining summary
Fraction of glandular cells in gastrointestinal tract, subset of cells in seminiferus ducts and renal tubules displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Hepatocytes, skeletal muscle cells and exocrine pancreas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Neuronal cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
