Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Urothelial cancers and several squamous cell carcinomas were strongly stained. Additional membranous staining was observed in cervical, prostate, skin and urothelial cancers. Gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas were mainly negative.
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in several seminomas along with cases of gliomas, melanomas, papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid and urothelial cancers. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or generally negative.
