Strong nucleolar staining was observed in Purkinje cells and neuronal cells. Gastrointestinal tract, renal tubules, squamous epithelia, breast and exocrine pancreas exhibited weak to moderate staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was displayed in subset of cells in red pulp of spleen and tonsil. Cilia in the respiratory epithelia and fallopian tubes were distinctly stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
