Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in squamous epithelia of skin, oral mucosa and esophagus as well as in endothelial cells, chondrocytes, fibroblasts and testis. Moderate cytoplasmic staining was displayed by glial cells, adrenal gland, epididymis, seminal vesicle and CNS tissues. Additional membranous positivity was observed in fallopian tube, epididymis, macrophages, thyroid gland and endometrial glands. Lymphoid tissue, intestinal glands, liver, gallbladder, exocrine pancreas, placenta and breast were however negative.
