Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern, was observed in thyroid and liver cancers and in several squamous cell carcinomas, lung adenocarcinomas, renal cancers along with a few duct carcinomas of breast, urothelial, ovarian and colorectal cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
Few cases of colorectal and testis cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Rare cases each of hepatocellular carcinoma, lymphoma, lung, stomach and endometrial cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
