Staining summary
HPA037665 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong granular staining was observed in colon and exocrine pancreas. Alveolar cells, bile ducts, placental trophoblasts, glial cells, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
HPA043306 Muscle tissues, chondrocytes and endothelial cells of colon showed strong cytoplasmic staining. A subset of cells in skin, adrenal and salivary gland displayed moderate staining with additional nuclear positivity in neuronal cells of cerebral cortex. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
