A majority of normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining, often granular. The liver, islet cells, glial cells, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
HPA007235
Normal tissues generally displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, in some cases accompanied with nuclear staining. Hepatocytes, glial cells and stromal cells were in general negative.
HPA008855
Strong membranous immunoreactivity was observed in gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder, fallopian tube, placental trophoblasts and cervical glands. Germinal center cells in lymphoid tissues showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in CNS, hepatocytes and islets of Langerhans were negative. Remaining normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining.
CAB000036
Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity in a majority of glandular epithelial cells. Liver, CNS, mesenchymal and inflammatory cells were negative.
CAB001986
Luminal membranes in a number of tissues, e.g. gastric mucosa, gall bladder, cervix and endometrium showed moderate immunoreactivity. Alveolar cells type II in lung and distal tubules in kidney displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity.
