Normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in stomach, parathyroid gland, uterine glands, hepatocytes, placental trophoblasts, Purkinje cells and cardiac myocytes. Additional membranous staining was expressed in adrenal gland, large intestine, gall bladder, fallopian tubes and urothelium.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in seminiferous ducts and squamous epithelia. Renal tubules, adrenal cortex, endometrial glands, prostate and cardiac myocytes showed strong staining. Alveolar cells, glial cells and smooth muscle were negative.

Neuronal cells of cerebral cortex, gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder, respiratory epithelia, exocrine pancreas and chondrocytes displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Cardiac myocytes exhibited strong membranous staining. Pneumocytes, bile duct cells, cells in glomeruli, fibroblasts, peripheral nerve and cells in red pulp of spleen were negative.
