Several breast and prostate cancers along with a few gastric and pancreatic cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Colorectal, liver, urothelial, ovarian and cervical cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic staining and additional membranous staining in some cases. Remaining tumor tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Several cases of colorectal cancers along with occasional cases of gastric cancers exhibited strong cytoplasmic positivity in a subset of tumor cells. Rest of the tumors were negative.
