Weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal cells. The gastrointestinal tract, skin, Leydig cells and seminal vesicle were strongly stained. Bile duct cells, lymphoid cells, stromal cells of the ovary and endometrium were negative or weakly stained.
