Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Renal tubules and skeletal myocytes exhibited strong positivity. Pneumocytes, bile duct cells, cells in seminiferus ducts, islet cells of Langerhans and the lymphoid along with CNS tissues except neuronal cells were negative.
