Most of the normal tissues showed moderate membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Gallbladder, exocrine pancreas, prostate, adrenal and parathyroid glands were strongly stained. Smooth muscle, reaction center cells and most cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.
