Most of the normal cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in a few cases. Leukocytes were distinctly stained. Respiratory epithelia, liver, pancreatic islets, glandular cells in breast, fallopian tube, soft tissues and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
