Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining in most malignancies. Weak to moderate positivity was seen in malignant melanomas. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas and skin cancers were virtually negative
A majority of the malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of colorectal and endometrial cancers exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most cases of lymphomas as well as a majority of glioma, lung, skin, urothelial and testicular cancers were negative.
